The service operates by allowing customers to send private and secure messages to the chat operators. Operators can be either male or female. The chat operators can signup for free. The customer creates and account on the site and chooses which operator to chat to. To chat to the operator the customer sends a text message to a normal mobile number. We do not use premium rate SMS numbers therefore the customer will only be charged for a standard message at their network rate (if they have free SMS messages then the message will be free) The operator is then able to reply, the customer is then charged for the reply. Although this is setup as an adult service, it can be used for other markets, eg, non adult chat, over 50's etc. We have set the price per message at 10p. You need to pay your operators for each message they send. We would suggest paying 5p per message. 1 x customer at £10 credit - £5 profit. 2 x customer at £10 credit - £10 profit. 3 x customer at £10 credit - £15 profit. 4 x customer at £10 credit - £20 profit. 5 x customer at £10 credit - £25 profit. This example is based on paying your operators 50% of the message fee, you can of course pay more or less if you wish. You can operate the website yourself, meaning you keep 100% of the customers credit.
