Refunds

If you purchased one of our websites via an online auction please contact us directly regarding a refund as the current laws regarding distant selling (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000) are different. If we have undertaken any modifications to your website, eg changed the layout, the way it works or any graphical changes then any refund will be minus the cost of the work already under taken. All domains purchased by us on your behalf are non refundable. Due to their nature all downloadable products cannot be refunded after you have downloaded them, We provide demostrations of all products so that you can test them before purchasing.

Terms of Sale

There are a few conditons of sale which will apply to all eProducts and websites purchased from webvolume.co.uk. These are as follows:

1. Domain names are non-refundable. Please double check spellings as we cannot make changes once the domain has been purchased.

2. If we make changes to your site, including but not limited to colour changes, text changes and image changes then any refunds will be minus carried out.
